Goals & Objectives

1. Provide a loving, supportive spiritual home for Circle members
  a. Utilize a structured system, including policies for implementation and maintenance, which provides the basis for sustaining a unified and dynamic group Circle
  b. Develop an open and constructive communication system that fosters positive dialog among all Circle members
  c. Offer opportunities for growth and achievement within the Circle structure
     
2. Create a spiritual community within which to celebrate the Divine
  a. Hold open Full Moon rituals to celebrate each Full Moon
    i. The Full Moon rituals are to be open in order to draw the wider pagan community together on a regular basis in order to foster spiritual alliances
  b. Hold closed Sabbat rituals to celebrate the Wheel of the Year
    i. The Sabbats are to be closed in order to nurture closer personal and spiritual relationships between Circle members
       
3. Provide opportunities for spiritual education and growth
  a. Sponsor a monthly open Study Group
    i. The Study Group will consist of classes on various pagan and New Age topics
b. Hold a series of open classes for individuals who express an interest in learning more about our tradition
  c. Hold various workshops, retreats and workings, some open, some closed, as necessary and/or desired, to meet Circle and/or community needs
       
4. Provide religious support services to our members and to the community at large
  a. Obtain legal recognition and non-profit status for the Circle
  b. Provide State-recognized clergy services to the community
  c. Work in the wider community to raise awareness of and tolerance for the practice of earth-centered religions
  d. Offer spiritual mentoring and counseling to Circle members
     
5. Foster social responsibility by performing volunteer work and/or providing charitable services
  a. Organize and/or sponsor volunteer groups that work to support environmental and social responsibility, both locally and in the wider community
  b. Form relationships with local charities to discern community needs
    i. Collect and distribute donations of material goods to local charities
  c. Perform relational outreach services by visiting the sick, elderly and/or prisoners
