Divination Workshop

Comments: Join us for this monthly Study Group, which meets on the third Tuesday of each month.
This month, we will be discussing divination. We will talk about the meaning and history of divination as well as the role and purpose divination can play in our lives. Different types of divination tools will be displayed and discussed, and demonstrations provided. Feel free to bring examples of divination tools that work for you to present and discuss!
NOTE THE NEW LOCATION for this event! This and all future Study Groups will take place at The Undercroft at Talisman.

Comments: Join us for a Full Moon Circle in
honor of the Harvest Moon. There will be a ritual in the Eclectic
Wiccan Tradition, followed by a potluck meal. Please bring a
potluck item to share. Donations are being sought for the
Presents 4 Pets Campaign. Pet care items needed include:
toys, treats, collars, leashes, dog and cat food, cat litter, towels
and blankets. All donations will be distributed to local
animal shelters and rescue groups to help them help the homeless
animals in their care.
Event: Personal and Community Healing Meditation WS
Date: Every Wednesday ~ Time: 6:00 p.m.
Location: Talisman New Age Shop ~ 150 Main St. ~ Monroe
Comments: Join us for this weekly meditation workshop facilitated by Leafweave, who is an experienced and popular meditation and shamanic journey teacher.

Event: Serving Meal at Spooner House Homeless Shelter
Date: Saturday ~ October 30th ~ Time: 4 to 8 p.m.
Location: Todd Road ~ Shelton ~ CT
Volunteers are always needed to help the Circle to help the local community. For this community service event, the Circle will be donating and preparing the meal for the residents of ACT Spooner House Transitional Living Facility. Click here for details of this event. There are two shifts available: 4 to 6 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Volunteers can also help for the whole evening, which is greatly appreciated. ~ There is a donation of $ 5.00 per person for attendance at most events. This is to help cover the cost of room rental, supplies, etc.

~ For all events held at the UU Church or at Talisman, please, no children under 10, as childcare facilities are not available. NOTE: Children are very welcome at the Pagan Picnic and other events not held at the UU Church or Talisman.
